Will AI Take Over the Role of Digital Marketers?
There has been a lot of media coverage recently about AI replacing jobs. However, when it comes to marketing, we believe that AI should be a tool that you use to plan, inform and optimize your marketing activities.
While AI can perform many tasks well, it also has its drawbacks, requiring human intervention to review, improve or even optimize results.
The key to your professional development is to use and experiment with AI tools so you can gain hands-on experience and apply them to your marketing tasks, whether it’s creating content, finding keywords for search engine optimization, optimizing paid ads or creating an email workflow.
“Nurture your human creativity, use it wherever you can, and enjoy the creative process. It’s so important that we hold on to it, nurture it, love it and find joy in it. AI is great, but it can’t replace that,” says Kerry Harrison, AI trainer and copywriter in a recent DMI podcast.
You can even use AI in your job search if you want to stand out from your competitors.
